As a family we have been coming to the Eye Academy for a number of years now. Sarah and Helen and the staff are so warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. You can take your time and have a cuppa while you attend your appointment. Even at the minute through this current pandemic they are professional with a warm welcome and friendly smile

Sarah & Helen go above & beyond to deliver a personalised service. Twice this year I have needed specs quickly. They had them posted to my home address within a few days. A fantastic selection of frames are on display & best of all is the service from Sarah & Helen. They know all there is to know about their products which is very comforting to hear when making such an important purchase

Fantastic service! I started firstly by taking my eldest son as they do the dyslexia colour test but after they were so helpful and child friendly I took my younger two for their routine checks. Fantastically patient with children and wide range of glasses for both children and adults

Sarah is just lovely and such a professional, I struggled with a dry eye condition for many years; with Sarah’s assessment and a tailored treatment plan it is now under control. Helen is so good assisting with the selection of frames, fitting and adjustments. Always with a smile.

After a bad experience at another optician I was very wary but I need not have worried as the team understood my fears and took time over my test and fitting for new frames explaining everything as they went along.
